GET INVOLVED
At The DEB Project, we believe it takes a community to make a difference—and there’s a place for everyone to help. Whether you give your time, share your talents, or support a program, every effort helps bring hope and care to children and families right here at home.
WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?
The DEB Project Thrift Store Boutique and Online Store operates as a nonprofit retail business, welcoming all patrons. Every purchase made directly contributes to supporting children in need within our community, channeled through our established foster care network and school social workers. Shopping at The DEB Project offers a direct opportunity for individuals to assist local youth.
NEWEST ADDITIONS
Our product catalog is always changing! Check out some of our newest options.
THE PANTRY
Our pantry provides food, hygiene items, and new undergarments for children in foster care and those referred by school social workers. It’s not open to the public, but it’s a safe, caring space for kids who need a little extra support.
UNLEASHED
Our Unleashed Program places professionally trained therapy dogs into local schools and therapeutic foster homes. These amazing dogs bring comfort, joy, and healing—and are made possible through generous local business sponsors.
CHRISTMAS TREE PROJECT
The Christmas Tree Project provides gifts and holiday support to local children and families in need who are not receiving assistance from any other giving agency. School social workers carefully select applicants, ensuring help reaches those most in need. We proudly serve families connected to local schools, DHS, and foster parents within our community—spreading joy and hope during the holiday season.
Internship/Scholarship Program
Our internship program offers students a hands-on way to make a difference in their community. Interns gain valuable experience by sorting donations, helping customers, organizing pantries, and assisting with light cleaning.
